You will recruit across the Canada Nitrogen portfolio for professional, technical, operational, trades, and leadership positions. The work includes advising hiring leaders and managing recruitment activity.
Key Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle recruitment across Canada Nitrogen positions
Develop sourcing and talent pipeline strategies
Engage passive candidates through sourcing channels
Advise leaders using market intelligence and recruitment data
Manage screening,
interviews, offers, and hiring processes
Requirements: Five or more years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Experience partnering with stakeholders and hiring managers
Ability to interpret recruitment metrics and market insights
Robust attention to detail and data accuracy
Knowledge of recruitment process compliance
