Milestones seeks an experienced Chef or Sous Chef to support the culinary program in a restaurant location. This role leads more than 20 teammates while strengthening food program knowledge and team morale. You will also contribute to menu execution, system improvements, and labour cost management.
Key Responsibilities: Lead a workforce of more than 20 teammates
Support recruitment, training, and team development
Maintain high team morale through culinary leadership
Work with fellow Chefs on menu execution
Maintain back-of-house labour cost controls
Requirements: Experienced Chef or Sous Chef background
Team-oriented approach to restaurant leadership
Knowledge of the Milestones food program
Focus on continued improvement and growth
Drive to encourage excellence within the team
Use restaurant leadership, team development, food program knowledge, and menu execution skills as a Milestones Sous Chef.
