As a Customer Experience Associate with TD Canada Trust, you will support frontline Personal and Commercial Banking services. You will understand customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, resolve concerns, and promote a positive branch experience. The role requires careful handling of confidential matters and timely business processes.
Key Responsibilities: Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and other financial transactions
Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities when necessary




Promote banking solutions while completing accurate business processes
Connect personally with customers about banking solutions and processes
Requirements: High School diploma or one year relevant experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
Solid organizational, planning, administration, and time management skills
Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
Calm, courteous verbal and written communication skills
Bring customer service, transaction accuracy, and banking solution expertise to TD Canada Trust’s Terrace branch.
