Kii health seeks a bilingual French and English RN for occupational health services. The position supports medical surveillance, workplace injury and illness management, and employee recovery. You will collaborate with management, physicians, healthcare providers, and Health & Safety teams while maintaining confidential medical records.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct medical surveillance and occupational health assessments
Provide first aid and emergency workplace care
Manage injury, illness, and CNESST documentation
Coordinate accommodations and return-to-work plans




Maintain confidential employee medical records
Requirements: Registered Nurse bilingual in French and English
Occupational Health Nursing and surveillance testing experience
Strong clinical assessment and case management skills
Knowledge of CNESST and workplace safety requirements
Ability to collaborate independently with workplace stakeholders
Support Kii health employees with clinical judgment, injury management, medical surveillance, and compassionate occupational health care in Montreal.
