Account Coordinators support multiple teams, assisting with foundational PR, influencer, social, and event work. You’ll play a vital role in day-to-day program execution, writing, research, and reporting while gaining exposure to industry-leading clients and growing your skills through real work, real rapid.

Key Responsibilities
Media Relations:

Research and maintain targeted and comprehensive media and influencer lists

Draft media relations materialssuch as media pitches, press releases, fact sheets, social copy,etc.

Support proactive and reactive outreach as directed

Begin to build and maintain relationships with key media and influencers

Monitor and track media and influencer coverage (MRP); assemble client-ready reporting

Influencer Marketing:

Track relevant creators and monitor emerging trends

Research and vet potential influencer partners

Manage influencer deliverables and content calendars

Draft influencerwrap reports and case studies

Event Management:

Assist with venueresearch and selection,all eventlogistics, décorresearch and coordination, speaker support, etc.

Coordinate delivery of packages ahead of event, if necessary

Negotiate cost and delivery timelines with event suppliers

Run errands to purchase what is required for event execution

Attend eventstoassist withon-sitelogistics and guest managementsupport

Social Media

Diligently manage online communities for brands

Draft copy options for posts and responses that are on-tone

Report on key performance indicators including reach, impressions, sentiment and more.

Qualifications

Education:University and/or College degree in communications, public relations, or marketing

Professional Experience: 6 months to 1 yearof relevantexperiencein an Agency setting

Proficient using tools such as MRP, Meltwater, Canva, ChatGPT, and Klear
