Children’s Health Foundation of Vancouver Island is seeking a House Manager for its Victoria home-away-from-home. This hands-on leadership role combines guest coordination, property responsibilities, financial administration, and team supervision. You will liaise with referring healthcare professionals, manage Housemate reservations, protect confidential information, and help ensure families experience a welcoming, inclusive home.
Key Responsibilities: Liaise with professionals regarding bookings and family stays
Orient guests, assign rooms, and manage keys
Track grocery gift cards, expenses, invoices, and receivables
Coordinate maintenance, deliveries,



emergency protocols, and drills
Prepare schedules, meetings, reports, and operational updates
Requirements: Five years of relevant social services, hospitality, or operations experience
One year of supervisory experience
Computer literacy with scheduling software, databases, email, and internet
Ability to manage multiple priorities in guest accommodation
Level 1 First Aid and WHMIS are assets
Use guest services, scheduling, communication, and operational skills to manage Jeneece Place for visiting families.
