As Senior Director, you will drive Capgemini’s Data, Analytics and AI consulting portfolio across Banking, Capital Markets, Wealth Management and Insurance. The work combines consulting sales leadership, Financial Services expertise, executive relationships and transformation knowledge. You will shape opportunities and connect clients with Capgemini capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: Drive growth strategy for the Financial Services consulting portfolio
Lead sales across named strategic Financial Services clients
Build relationships with C-suite and senior technology decision-makers




Shape complex pursuits through solutioning, presentations and closure
Lead negotiations and Statements of Work for engagements
Requirements: Significant consulting sales or account growth experience
Experience closing engagements exceeding $25M annually
Established Financial Services executive network
Understanding of Data, Analytics, AI, Cloud and transformation
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
Bring Financial Services leadership, executive selling and Data and AI transformation expertise to Capgemini’s strategic growth agenda.
