Technical Requirements Post-Secondary education in Civil, Architectural, or Structural Technology is preferred, however, less education combined with appropriate experience will be taken into consideration Minimum 5 years’ experience with drafting/detailing and experience using a computerized drafting software package Business Requirements Ability to work in a steady and even pace to promote accuracy and quality of work High attention to detail Previous experience in the construction industry is an asset Ability to read architectural and structural drawings is a requirement Cultural Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with individuals of various disciplines A team player with the desire to work collaboratively with others to improve existing processes As a member of the OSCO Construction Group, Strescon offers a comprehensive compensation package including health and dental coverage, life insurance, RRSP and tax-free savings account options.
