Lead facility maintenance teams at BGIS through mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, safety oversight, and preventative maintenance delivery. This is a regular, full time position.

The Maintenance Team Lead oversees Technicians delivering preventative, corrective, routine, and on-demand maintenance. The position provides technical guidance, monitors compliance, and collaborates with BGIS departments. It also performs facility mechanical and electrical maintenance, inspections, and service requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Technician activities and performance within assigned facilities
• Champion safety protocols, training, assessments, and investigations
• Guide troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, and maintenance execution

• Communicate with clients, occupants, management, and vendors

Requirements:

• Five years of facility operations and maintenance experience
• High school diploma plus trades training and certification
• Ability to lead a team of individuals
• Advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Knowledge of fire, life, safety, and building codes
