Job Overview The Retail Store Supervisor coordinates daily store operations, supports the team, and helps deliver a welcoming, well-organized shopping experience. This hands-on role balances customer service, retail sales, merchandising, and administrative tasks while keeping store priorities on track. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach team members, support recruiting and interviewing, and coordinate training and development to strengthen service and sales.
- Oversee cashiering, POS transactions, and cash handling; help maintain accurate payroll and bookkeeping records.
- Coordinate merchandising, pricing, purchasing, and inventory presentation, while supporting store marketing and budget goals.
- Monitor sales and customer needs, organize daily priorities, and communicate updates clearly with colleagues.

Preferred: Supervising experience, retail sales or management experience, and strengths in merchandising, POS, payroll, purchasing, budgeting, recruiting, or multilingual service can help you guide the team and respond to varied customer needs. Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
