Job Summary We are looking for a passionate and creative Baker / FOH Team Member to join our team. If you have a true love for desserts and a flair for culinary innovation, this is the perfect role for you You will create delicious baked goods, bring fresh ideas to our menu, manage front-of-house operations, and provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic, supportive environment. Duties
- Bake cakes, pastries, and bread following established recipes while maintaining high quality
- Bring creativity and innovation to the kitchen by helping develop new dessert recipes, seasonal items, and unique menu specials
- Decorate cakes and desserts with artistic techniques and attention to detail
- Assist with food preparation tasks (mixing, slicing, assembling)
- Manage Front of House (FOH) operations, including greeting customers, operating the POS system, and handling transactions
- Maintain and restock bakery display cases, ensuring products are attractively presented and correctly labeled
- Share your passion for desserts with customers, answering questions about menu items, ingredients, and potential allergens




- Keep front-of-house and kitchen areas clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards
- Package baked goods for sale with care and presentation in mind
- Work efficiently during busy hours and manage multiple tasks seamlessly Skills & Qualifications
- A genuine passion for baking, desserts, and the culinary arts
- Creative mindset with an interest in dessert trends, flavor experimentation, and novel presentation techniques
- Proven experience in baking and cake decorating
- Background in the food industry, bakery, or restaurant environment preferred
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and front-of-house customer service
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, friendly demeanor
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and kitchen sanitation standards
- High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour Work
