Job Summary We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various security situations. This role involves monitoring surveillance systems, patrolling designated areas, and enforcing security protocols to maintain a safe environment for all. Work Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday Hours: 25-30hours per week Schedule:

Requirements:

- This is a standing and patrolling position in a fast-paced retail store environment.
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security risks
- Monitor surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras to oversee activities within and around the premises
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies in accordance with established procedures
- Maintain detailed logs of security incidents, patrols, and observations for reporting purposes




- Enforce access control policies by verifying identification and managing visitor check-ins
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing suspicious behaviors and preventing theft or vandalism
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary to handle incidents effectively
- Ensure all security equipment is functioning properly and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs Qualifications
- Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or related fields is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of surveillance techniques and CCTV operation is highly desirable
- Strong observational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and accurately
- Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond quickly when needed
