* Position Summary We’re looking for reliable, qualified security guards for a recurring weekly shift in London. The position is ongoing and begins November 2, 2026. Responsibilities
- Monitor crowd behaviour and de-escalate conflicts calmly and professionally
- Enforce venue rules and client policies with courtesy and firmness
- Respond to incidents and provide first aid support when required
- Report all incidents accurately to the on-site Supervisor
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanour at all times
- Assist visitors and staff professionally Requirements
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence — mandatory (must be presented before the shift)
- Valid Standard First Aid & CPR-C certification — mandatory




- Valid driver’s licence and access to a car required
- Prior experience in event, nightclub, concert, or crowd control security preferred
- Strong physical presence with the ability to stand for extended periods and manage crowd control duties
- Excellent communication, conflict de-escalation, and customer service skills
- Professional appearance; black pants and black formal shoes required
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
