This could be your next career opportunity The Northwest Territories Health and Social Services Authority is seeking a **Regional Manager, Child and Family Services*
* to lead and oversee child protection and family services across the Fort Smith Region, including Fort Resolution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage regional Child and Family Services programs.
- Provide supervision, guidance, and professional support to multidisciplinary teams.
- Oversee program budgets, staffing, and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with child protection legislation, policies, and professional standards.
- Build collaborative relationships with community partners, Indigenous governments, and service providers.
- Promote culturally protected, trauma-informed, and family-centred services.
- Support continuous quality improvement and effective outcomes for children and families. Salary & Compensation
- $65.25–$77.95 per hour
- $127,238–$152,003 annually




- Salary classification: UNW20 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work.
- Minimum of 5 years of direct child and family services social work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct experience supervising child and family services programs.
- Must meet the GNWT Professional Registered Social Worker requirement.
- Must have, or be eligible to receive, the required statutory Child Protection and Adoption appointments.
- A Master’s degree in Social Work and/or a management program is an asset.
