You will identify customer needs, provide product recommendations, and deliver outstanding service. You will build long-term relationships based on trust while ensuring effective order processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Sales Administration
- Serve as the primary point of contact for industrial customers
- Identify and respond to customer needs
- Inform and advise customers on products and solutions
- Enter, process, and follow up on customer orders
- Prepare and process quotations




- Obtain approval from the appropriate Account Manager for quotations exceeding $2,000 Administrative & Operational Support
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks supporting sales and production activities
- Direct customer inquiries and issues to the appropriate internal resources
- Receive, document, and follow up on customer complaints and non-conformities
- Provide coverage for other employees during vacations or absences when required What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple communication channels and stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal skills, tact, and diplomacy
- Resourceful, autonomous, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong organizational skills and ability to perform under pressure
- Proficiency in both metric and imperial measurement systems
- Valuable computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Internet-based applications Qualifications
- Diploma or training in administration, sales, customer service, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role
