Job Overview The Registered Massage Therapist provides attentive, client-focused massage care, adapting each session to clients’ needs and communicating clearly throughout their visit. This role combines practical treatment skills with professional customer service to support a welcoming, comfortable experience. Responsibilities
- Discuss client needs, preferences, and relevant health information before each session, using medical terminology accurately and communicating in transparent, respectful language.
- Deliver massage treatments suited to the client’s stated needs, monitor comfort, and adjust techniques in response to feedback.
- Maintain accurate, confidential client records and document relevant session details.
- Keep the treatment space organized and welcoming, and coordinate with colleagues to support smooth client visits.
