Blue Olive Greek Kitchen is hiring We are looking for motivated, reliable, and hardworking Line Cooks / Kitchen Staff to join our growing team. We are seeking individuals who enjoy cooking, work well in a fast-paced kitchen, and take pride in preparing fresh, high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards.
- Grill meats, prepare souvlaki, wraps, salads, and other Greek dishes.
- Assist with food preparation, marinating, portioning, and kitchen setup.
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.
- Follow proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures.
- Monitor food inventory and assist with restocking supplies.
- Work efficiently with team members during busy service periods.
- Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties. Qualifications
- Previous cooking or restaurant kitchen experience preferred.
- Experience with grills, fryers, and food preparation is an asset.




- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Experience preparing Greek or Mediterranean cuisine is an asset but not required.
