Experience:
7–10+ Years ? Role Overview We’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between Product, Engineering, and Business teams, translating business needs into technical requirements and supporting scalable solutions for banking and financial institutions. ?

Key Responsibilities

- Translate product requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Architects, UX, and QA teams.
- Support API design, system integrations, and data modeling.
- Assist with test planning, UAT, and issue resolution.
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure alignment with business requirements.



? Required Skills ✅ 1–3 years of experience in Technical Business Analysis or a similar role. ✅ Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and SDLC. ✅ Working knowledge of SQL, data structures, Power BI, or Tableau. ✅ Familiarity with Agile, Jira, Confluence, and Aha ✅ Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. ? Preferred Skills
- Banking or FinTech experience.
- Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), embedded finance, and open banking APIs.
- ISO 20022, ACH, Fedwire, and SOAP/XML.
