Job Summary Highview Lucan, an intergenerational home where dementia care, retirement living, and supported independent living come together under one roof, is looking for *Maintenance and Grounds Coordinator*. This role involves maintaining a three story home and property with 53 suites. The ideal candidate is flexible, team-oriented, and has experience in home maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain homes and grounds, ensuring safety and security.
- Lead and schedule repairs, improvements, and seasonal maintenance (e.g., spring cleaning, winterizing).
- Supervise housekeeping and schedule
- Manage contracts for grounds maintenance and snow removal.
- Ensure the facility complies with safety regulations and oversees fire safety programs.
- Handle on-site snow removal when needed.
- Assist with the operational and capital budget.
- Be the after-hours contact for building emergencies.




- Lead health and safety initiatives. Qualifications
- Knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform maintenance tasks.
- 3-5 years of building operations and management experience.
- Solid organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and record-keeping.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, police check, CPR, First Aid, and TB screening required. **
