Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook Indian cuisine according to established recipes, presentation standards, and service needs.
- Handle, store, and prepare food safely; maintain a clean, orderly workstation throughout each shift.
- Coordinate kitchen tasks, support team members during busy service, and communicate timing or supply needs.
- Work with front-of-house colleagues to keep orders accurate and service running smoothly. Skills Required: Practical cooking,



food preparation, safe food handling, and food safety skills are essential, along with transparent communication and the ability to coordinate kitchen work.
