Licensed Service Plumber Performance Plumbing Solutions Inc. Performance Plumbing Solutions Inc. is looking for a licensed plumber to join our growing service team. We provide residential and commercial plumbing services throughout Windsor-Essex, Chatham-Kent and Sarnia-Lambton. This role is suited to a plumber who enjoys diagnosing problems, completing quality repairs and helping customers understand their options. Our work includes everything from everyday plumbing repairs and fixture installations to drain issues and underground plumbing projects. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing problems.
- Install, repair and replace plumbing fixtures, faucets, toilets, water heaters, sump pumps and other plumbing equipment.
- Clear clogged drains and investigate drainage problems using drain-cleaning and camera equipment.
- Repair and replace water lines, drain lines, sewer piping and related plumbing components.
- Identify plumbing issues, explain findings to customers and discuss recommended solutions.
- Prepare accurate job notes, document completed work and communicate with the office and other team members.
- Complete work safely, professionally and in accordance with applicable plumbing codes.
- Keep the service vehicle, tools, equipment and work areas clean and organized.
- Work independently and with other team members,



apprentices and contractors as needed.
- Treat customers and their properties with care and respect. Requirements
- Valid Ontario Certificate of Qualification as a plumber (306A).
- Experience in residential or commercial service plumbing.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage daily service calls and complete work efficiently.
- Clear communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude.
- Valid driver’s licence and a clean driving record.
- Ability to use plumbing tools and equipment safely and handle the physical demands of the job.
- Ability to work in various conditions, including basements, crawl spaces and outdoor job sites. Preferred Experience
- Drain cleaning and sewer camera inspections.
- Sump pumps, battery backup systems and sewage ejector pumps.
- Water heater installation and replacement.
- Underground sewer and water-line repairs.
- Commercial plumbing and backflow services.
