- Answer phones and help customers who are looking to place a gift order over the phone
- Assist team and customers with delivery issues, invoicing customers and issuing receipts
- Provide online chat support to Sweet Flour customers
- Assist with office organization and gift packaging Hours /

Requirements:




November to December 23, 2026 Monday – Friday, 9:30 to 5:30pm Customer service experience/basic office admin. Experience with Shopify an asset. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.

Salary:
$19.00 per hour
