What You'll Do

- Answer patient calls and emails with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
- Reach out to patients due or overdue for eye exams, encouraging them to return for recommended care
- Build genuine patient relationships while maintaining accurate records What We're Looking For:
- A friendly, engaging personality with excellent communication skills
- Experience in Sales / Customer Service (in person / phone) would be a valuable asset
- Confidence encouraging appointment bookings in a natural, conversational way
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and initiative
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong computer, EMR and typing skills
- A genuine passion for patient care and creating positive experiences You don't need to be a "salesperson." In fact, we'd rather you weren't.
