iKidz Childcare Centre | Calgary, AB Position: Preschool Educator Dates: Starting November 2026 – January 10, 2027 Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30PM Position Type: Full-Time Preschool Educator About iKidz iKidz Childcare Centre is a licensed childcare centre serving children ages 12 months–5 years. Our program is inspired by FLIGHT, Montessori, and Reggio Emilia, with a strong focus on Arabic language and Islamic culture alongside English learning. The Role We are looking for an experienced, warm, reliable, and enthusiastic educator with experience working with preschool children. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the care, learning, and development of children.
- Planning and supporting age-appropriate activities and learning experiences.
- Supporting Arabic and English language learning through songs, stories, conversations, and activities.
- Supporting daily routines, transitions, meals, outdoor play, toileting, and rest.




- Using positive and respectful approaches to behaviour guidance.
- Working collaboratively with the classroom team.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming setting. Qualifications
- Valid Alberta ECE certification (Level 2, or 3).
- Experience working with preschool-aged children.
- Current First Aid/CPR certification.
- Experience in Leading a classroom for children
- Police Check with Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Reliable, responsible, and a strong team player.
- Arabic language skills are an asset.
