As we continue to expand our team, we are seeking a motivated and highly organized Junior Treatment Coordinator to help guide our patients through their dental health journey. Role Summary The Treatment Coordinator acts as the bridge between the clinical team and our patients. You will be responsible for explaining proposed treatment plans, discussing financial options, insurance coverage and ensuring that our patients feel confident and informed about their care. We are looking for someone who prides themselves on their attention to detail and ability to keep complex schedules and information organized.

Key Responsibilities

- Treatment Presentation: Clearly explain clinical treatment plans to patients, including procedures, timelines, and insurance coverage.
- Financial Coordination: Discuss payment options, financing, and insurance estimates with patients to ensure they understand their financial obligations before procedures begin.
- Administrative Accuracy: Maintain detailed patient records, process necessary paperwork, and manage follow-up communications.
- Scheduling:



Coordinate patient appointments efficiently to ensure a smooth flow for both the patient and the dental team.
- Patient Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for patients to answer questions, address concerns, and foster a comfortable, welcoming environment. Qualifications

Previous dental office experience is considered a significant asset, but it is not required.
