Catholic Social Services seeks a full time Team Leader II for its current Family Preservation program. You will supervise Family Enrichment Workers providing intensive, 24/7 in-home crisis intervention across central Saskatchewan. The work supports families through addictions, mental health, parenting, life skills, advocacy, mentorship, and referrals.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise Family Enrichment Workers across central Saskatchewan
Provide direct family supports when needed
Oversee recruitment, training, and crisis support
Support intensive in-home crisis intervention services




Participate in rotational on-call coverage
Requirements: Diploma or degree in Human Services, or equivalent
Minimum two years supporting emotional and behavioral needs
Experience in crisis intervention and stakeholder connections
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Class 5 license, vehicle, insurance, and registration
Bring leadership, crisis intervention, and family support experience to Catholic Social Services’ Family Preservation program in Saskatoon.
