Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations and administration for assigned residential locations
Conduct appointments and unit showings with prospective tenants
Address resident issues and service requests within 24 hours
Coordinate repairs, maintenance, renovations,
and capital improvements
Collect rental payments and administer damage deposits
Requirements: Experience in property management, sales, or hospitality management
Residential property management experience is an asset
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Successful completion of security clearance
