Inter-Co Division 10 is hiring a Project Coordinator for its Calgary office. You will support commercial washroom and locker room projects while developing Project Management skills. The work includes shop drawings, site measures, product orders, shipping, and project issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate commercial washroom and locker room project activities
Process shop drawings and coordinate site measures
Order products and arrange project shipping
Manage third-party subcontract installers on job sites
Resolve delays, site conditions, and installation issues
Requirements: Full-time availability for an in-office position
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
Post-secondary education successfully completed
Valid state driver's license and personal vehicle
Support Inter-Co Division 10 projects through organized coordination, customer relationships, construction learning, and detailed project delivery.
