Key Responsibilities: Install water heaters and tankless equipment to required specifications
Repair leaking water heaters and maintain residential HVAC equipment
Explain Reliance products, services, programs, and available options
Provide customer service through effective communication and problem solving
Participate in installer training and mentoring activities
Requirements: Domestic Gas Fitter B certificate
Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent
Class 5 Driver’s License
Residential diagnostic and HVAC maintenance skills
Ability to lift and maneuver water heaters safely
Bring gas fitting, HVAC maintenance, installation, and customer service skills to Reliance residential service work and equipment support.
