This supervisor oversees commercial HVAC-R projects involving duct systems and sheet metal products. The work includes production coordination, technical drawing interpretation, crew leadership, and field representation. Responsibilities span fabrication, installation, repairs, safety enforcement, and customer-focused department growth.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate daily sheet metal production and installation
Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate workers and apprentices
Interpret blueprints, CAD specifications, and technical drawings
Enforce safety regulations, policies, and building codes




Complete welding, finishing, inspections, and project documentation
Requirements: Five to ten years with Red Seal Sheet Metal endorsement
Previous supervisory experience in sheet metal work
Experience fabricating and installing sheet metal products
Valid Class 5 driver's license with good abstract
Weekly travel and day or night shifts required
