Working within RB Global, you will generate new business through inbound and outbound channels. You will educate customers on financing products, support auction-related inquiries, and guide applications toward completed transactions. The position requires strong sales acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to meet or exceed goals. If you live near Burnaby, the schedule is hybrid three days weekly in the office. Additional languages, particularly French or Spanish, are assets.

Educate customers about available equipment financing solutions
Make outbound calls after recent equipment purchases
Execute applicable Follow the Customer strategies
Engage end users through the reseller strategy
Requirements: Natural ability to build authentic customer relationships
Demonstrated ability or potential to exceed goals
Robust presentation, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
French or Spanish language skills are an asset
