Baxter’s Alliston facility needs a production operator skilled in equipment operation, QA inspections, and accurate documentation on afternoons.
As a Kiefel and Regrind Operator, you will help produce high-quality products by operating the Weigh Blender and PVC Grinder. The full time permanent schedule runs Monday to Friday from 15:00 to 23:00. Responsibilities include regrind support, production paperwork, material movement, and minor mechanical adjustments.
Key Responsibilities: Support Kiefel department regrind activities as needed
Maintain production paperwork matching materials to B.O.M.
Perform required QA checks following SOPs
Use lift devices and material handling equipment safely
Notify supervisors about safety, quality, or equipment issues
Requirements: High school diploma or GED with proof
Experience performing repetitive manufacturing tasks
Food or manufacturing industry experience
Ability to work independently and within teams
Ability to understand Baxter specifications and SOPs
