As a Senior Global Benefits Specialist on Clio’s Total Rewards team, you will help scale benefit programs across North America, Europe, LATAM, and beyond. You will translate global strategy into meaningful experiences while supporting compliance, administration, and process improvement. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Global Benefits.
Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver benefits across more than ten countries
Support acquisition harmonization and global program standardization
Execute renewals and open enrolment periods
Implement automated systems and Workday integrations
Mentor specialists and resolve complex member inquiries
Requirements: Five or more years of global benefits experience
Experience across United States, Europe, and LATAM
Workday Benefits administration proficiency
Knowledge of COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, and ERISA
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
