Lead impactful events and community engagement as Senior Event Coordinator, Special Projects with Squamish Nation. Manage logistics, partnerships, and fundraising initiatives.
This senior role supports NTTC within Squamish Nation’s Sts'its'áp'recent̓as Employment & Future Skills Department. You will coordinate events, workshops, presentations, and special projects supporting community education, training, employment, and engagement. The position requires full-cycle event experience, sponsorship relations, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities: Lead NTTC events, workshops, presentations, and special projects
Manage venues, vendors, permits, staffing, schedules, and operations
Coordinate NTTC’s annual fundraising gala and sponsorship engagement
Develop budgets, monitor expenditures,



and track funding requirements
Maintain records, attendance statistics, communications, and reporting
Requirements: Certificate in event management, business, marketing, or related field
Three to four years managing full-cycle events
Experience with fundraising, donors, sponsorships, and special events
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and desktop publishing software
Knowledge of Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw history, culture, customs, lands, and People
Bring event leadership, relationship-building, budgeting, and cultural understanding to meaningful community initiatives through NTTC Special Projects.
