Manage fund and loan administration activities through accurate lifecycle processing, reconciliations, fee administration, and reporting. The Analyst supports private investment operations across global markets.
This role covers private loans, leveraged facilities, fund investments, co-investments, and separately managed accounts. You will process fundings, drawdowns, repayments, capital activity, fees, valuations, and related cash flows. Working with external managers, fund administrators, custodians, loan agents, and investment teams, you will validate information and resolve routine exceptions.
Key Responsibilities: Support fundings, drawdowns, repayments, amendments, and prepayments
Record capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, and redemptions
Process management fees, performance fees, and interest accruals




Support valuation oversight, liquidity monitoring, and income reporting
Maintain procedures, workpapers, issue logs, and control evidence
Requirements: Two-plus years of investment operations experience
Background in fund operations, loan administration, banking, or accounting
Knowledge of private credit and leveraged finance
Knowledge of fund investments, hedge funds, or co-investments
Ability to perform completeness and reasonableness checks
Bring funds and loans operations experience to capital activity, lifecycle events, fees, valuations, reconciliations, and reporting.
