Lead Front Desk and Lüft Café & Bar operations as a hands-on Haus Experience Service Supervisor with MEWS and Toast expertise. This is a full time role.
Gravity Haus seeks a supervisor experienced in hotel guest services and hospitality food and beverage operations. You will coordinate HES activities, serve guests, support check-ins, prepare beverages, assist with food service, and maintain consistent standards. The role works under the General Manager alongside the Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily Front Desk and Lüft service operations
Assign tasks, coordinate coverage, and conduct shift briefings
Process reservations, payments, folios, and check-outs using MEWS
Coach beverage, food service, and guest service standards




Check inventory, sanitation, cash handling, and POS closeouts
Requirements: Hospitality experience across hotel and food beverage operations
Supervisory experience assigning work and following results
Strong working knowledge of MEWS PMS
Food and beverage POS proficiency; Toast preferred
Current Serving It Right and FOODSAFE Level 1 certifications
Bring practical hospitality leadership, MEWS knowledge, and hands-on service experience to Gravity Haus Front Desk and Lüft operations.
