The Operations Supervisor coordinates daily warehouse activity across shipping, receiving, dispatching, and package processing. This position supervises staff, drivers, traffic, and compliance while maintaining accurate operational records. It also supports route planning, quality checks, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Enforce Health & Safety protocols and secure working methods
Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management
Generate next-day route plans and send optimization emails
Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure SOP compliance




Prepare reports, audits, timesheets, and operational records
Requirements: Ability to conduct safety audits and warehouse checks
Ability to supervise warehouse traffic and vehicle movements
Ability to coach drivers and warehouse staff
Ability to address complaints, damages, and lost packages
Ability to evaluate employee performance and workplace conduct
