Own show settlements and reconciliation for Live Nation Entertainment, using Oracle, Salesforce, and advanced Excel across live events. This is a full time, fixed-term position.
The Operations Accountant manages full-cycle accounting for each show, from pre-settlement through month-end close. You will partner with promoters, artist representatives, and production staff while recording income statement and balance sheet entries. The work includes payables, receivables, accruals, and contribution-margin reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with pre-settlement and night-of-show artist settlements
Enter settlements and distribute reports to stakeholders
Review documentation and backup for audit purposes
Reconcile revenues, costs, accruals, and receivables




Complete month-end close and report contribution margin
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent
Three to five years of accounting experience
Strength in payables, receivables, accruals, and cash reconciliation
Strong Oracle, Salesforce, and advanced Excel capability
Progress toward or completion of a CPA designation
Bring accurate settlement accounting, reconciliation expertise, and advanced Excel skills to Live Nation’s high-volume show operations.
