The Guest Experience Manager develops, oversees, trains, and manages Events and Front of House teams and services. This leadership position supports customer loyalty, safety, company standards, and increased revenue. It also coordinates rentals, internal programs, tours, and patron experience events across the theatre complex.
Key Responsibilities: Manage Front of House and Events staff, volunteers, equipment, and supplies
Lead selection, training, scheduling, development, and supervision
Provide proposals, pricing, contracts, and invoicing for events




Coordinate logistical support for client and internal functions
Maintain patron experience, safety, and service standards
Requirements: Excellent communication skills
Highly cooperative approach to workplace leadership
Knowledge of emergency and security procedures
Ability to follow AGLC and Fire regulations
Commitment to respectful workplace cooperation
