As Country Manager, you oversee the Canadian ADx organization and its growth strategy. You guide Sales, Marketing, Applications, Commercial Operations, and Customer Support. The mandate includes revenue, profitability, market share, customer experience, and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities: Develop Canadian ADx growth strategies aligned with global priorities
Lead commercial activities across instruments, software, and informatics
Maintain full P&L; responsibility for the Canadian business
Build executive relationships with customers and healthcare stakeholders




Represent Canada on regional and global leadership teams
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in science, healthcare, business, or related discipline
Ten-plus years’ progressive leadership experience in relevant industries
Proven commercial organization leadership and P&L; responsibility
Understanding of Canadian healthcare, diagnostics, and laboratory markets
Solid strategic, financial, communication, and negotiation skills
Shape sustainable Canadian ADx growth through executive leadership, financial discipline, customer focus, and cross-functional execution at Waters.
