Reporting to the Associate Director, Technology Delivery, this manager leads end-to-end technical delivery across assigned portfolios and customer journeys. You will partner with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to turn requirements into actionable solutions. The work supports Toronto Pearson’s transformation toward a product-based operating model.
Key Responsibilities: Lead technical delivery across digital products and customer journeys
Translate requirements into actionable technical solutions
Oversee integration, deployment, and operational readiness
Govern testing,



release readiness, and quality assurance
Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement
Requirements: 5+ years in technical delivery or similar roles
2+ years leading technical teams or delivery functions
Experience delivering complex multi-vendor digital solutions
Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and cloud-native platforms
Bachelor’s degree and Transportation Security Clearance eligibility
Bring technical leadership, integration expertise, and delivery discipline to digital products supporting Toronto Pearson’s airport transformation.
