As a Senior People Business Partner, you will advise leaders across Production Engineering, IT, Security, and Data Engineering. You will connect business strategy with workforce planning, team structure, performance, and employee experience. The work supports continued scale, maturity, and transformation across technical organizations.
Key Responsibilities: Develop People strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational health
Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and team structure
Coach leaders through performance and employee experience decisions
Manage complex employee relations issues and investigations




Translate people data into actionable leadership recommendations
Requirements: 8–12+ years of progressive HR or People Business Partner experience
Experience supporting Engineering, IT, Security, or Data organizations
Expertise in employee relations, organizational design, and performance management
Solid employment law and compliance knowledge across relevant jurisdictions
Data fluency, coaching ability, and stakeholder management skills
Bring strategic judgment, technical business acumen, and trusted advisory skills to Clio’s growing infrastructure organization.
