This Pension Analyst serves as a key contact for participating employers in the CAAT Pension Plan. The role supports plan administration, employer relationships, annual data collection, and member statement preparation. It also requires knowledge of pension systems, plan texts, and legislation.
Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support and guidance to assigned employers
Maintain employer relationships through monthly status meetings
Deliver education and training on plan rules
Reconcile contributions and resolve data discrepancies




Prepare and validate annual member statements
Requirements: College Diploma or University Degree in Finance or Business
At least two years of pension administration experience
Knowledge of pension systems, plan texts, and legislation
Robust analytical, mathematical, and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools
