This Director of Business Development role partners with firm leadership and practice groups to advance strategic positioning. You will guide market research, competitive intelligence, client proposals, rankings submissions, and business development processes. The position also leads a professional team while supporting alumni relations, industry events, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Strengthen the firm’s brand, reputation, and market presence
Research markets, competitors, trends, and growth opportunities
Optimize experience databases, references, and credentials




Coordinate rankings submissions for major legal directories
Contribute to alumni, industry, and community initiatives
Requirements: Minimum 10 years’ experience in business development or strategy
Professional services or law firm experience preferred
Robust team management and growth strategy experience
Proficiency with market research and intelligence tools
French and English communication skills, written and spoken
Use marketing strategy, competitive intelligence, and team leadership to expand a prominent law firm’s profile and opportunities.
