Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. seeks a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative for Branch Operations. This representative sells products and services to prospective and established customers. You will identify needs, answer technical questions, create solutions, and support smooth sales transactions through customer communication and detailed order entry.
Key Responsibilities: Provide customer service through walk-ins, phones, emails, and counter discussions
Process orders, purchase orders, payments, quotes, and delivery dates
Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability, or specifications
Communicate product launches, services, prices, supplies, and discounts
Coordinate shipments and expedite deliveries when needed
Requirements: Five-plus years of progressive sales and customer service experience preferred
Five-plus years of HVAC industry experience preferred
High school diploma or GED; some college preferred
HVAC certification preferred
Microsoft Office and database application knowledge
Use HVAC knowledge, customer service, and accurate sales processing to support Daikin customers and branch operations.
