Job Posting Assistant Director Employment period: June 1, 2027 – August 31, 2027 Base salary: $5500 + Room & Board Experience and qualifications may increase the salary.

As the Assistant Director your role is to help build the foundation for this community by working with the executive director and the directing team to hire, train, and supervise staff.





You are a role model for the staff and step in to support campers when needed.

Job requirements To do what needs to be done Minimum age 21 years Youth Development Leader (Counsellor) and supervisory experience is an asset Excellent interpersonal relationship and communication skills Community building skills Experience in supervising staff, teamwork, summer camp operations, and working with children Mature enough to support and implement the policies and guidelines of the camp staff manual as well as other camp manuals
