BAKER AND CASHER JOB REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Requirements
- Language: English Education College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- A valid Full G driver’s licence is required for the Driver position

Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in delivery or professional driving Additional Skills
- Must lift up to 25kg of weight
- Prepare and bake specialty foods
- Ability to troubleshoot or identify problems in the bakery
- Can stand for long periods of times
- Works well in a team and able to cooperate with co-workers
- Possesses positive time management skills and can multi-task
- Can work in hotter temperatures and fast paced environment

- Solid communication skills
- Knowledge of Japanese ingredients and traditional Japanese sweets/pastries baking experience is an advantage
- Food Handler Certificate is an asset. REQUIRED FOR FUTURE ADVANCEMENT

* Responsibilities
- Delivery ingredients and baked goods to several locations for the Driver position.
- Scaling of ingredients, stocking and preparing packaging, supplies
- Cleaning and Maintenance of bakery
- Inventory control
- Customer Service
- Baking if needed Availability
- Minimum 5 days, 40 hours per week for full time positions.
- As early as 7 am or until 10 pm depending on store location
- Available to work statutory holidays
- At least 1 closing shift per week
- At least 1 weekend shift per week (Saturday or Sunday)

Job Type
s: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $17.95-$18.25 per hour
