Overview Our program provides focused, individualized learning support, helping students build understanding, strengthen study habits, and make steady progress toward their learning goals. This role involves adapting explanations and activities to each student’s needs and creating a supportive, encouraging learning environment. Duties
- Plan and deliver tutoring sessions that reinforce learning goals and address areas where students need additional support.
- Use clear explanations, questions, and practice activities to help students understand and apply new concepts.
- Adapt teaching approaches to students’ learning needs, monitor progress, and share helpful observations with families or relevant educators.
- Maintain a patient, respectful learning setting and prepare materials that keep sessions focused and engaging. Your impact:

Qualifications Required: Strong communication skills and the ability to explain ideas clearly, listen attentively, and adapt teaching to a student’s needs. Patience, organization, and practical tutoring and teaching skills support productive, focused sessions. Preferred: Experience working with children and classroom experience are valuable strengths, along with the ability to build rapport, encourage participation, and make learning activities engaging. Pay: $20.00 per hour
