- Prepare work areas and materials, keeping tools and equipment organized and ready for use.
- Assist with paving tasks and other construction activities, following site plans and instructions.
- Operate heavy equipment as appropriate to assigned tasks, using care and communicating with the crew.
- Maintain a tidy work area and coordinate with colleagues to support safe,



steady progress. Skills Required: Practical ability to follow instructions, work collaboratively, stay attentive to site conditions, and handle hands-on construction tasks. Preferred: Construction experience, paving familiarity, and heavy equipment operation skills are valuable strengths for contributing effectively to varied project work.
