Job Summary As a Tile Setter, you will prepare surfaces and install tile to create durable, clean finishes. You’ll work with hand tools, follow project plans, and coordinate with colleagues to keep work accurate and organized. Duties
- Prepare surfaces, measure work areas, and plan tile layouts using blueprints and project specifications.
- Cut and lay tile for flooring and other surfaces, checking alignment, spacing, and finish throughout installation.
- Apply grout and caulking, complete finishing details, and use hand tools safely and carefully.
- Maintain an orderly work area and communicate progress or issues to support smooth project coordination. Experience Required: Practical ability to use hand tools, read blueprints,



and complete tile laying and flooring installation tasks with care and accuracy. Carpentry skills support surface preparation and fitting, while attention to detail helps deliver consistent, durable finishes. Preferred: Construction experience, including handyman work, and familiarity with caulking are valuable strengths for adapting to wide-ranging project needs.
